The hotel is situated in an excellent location, just minutes away from Green Park and a short walk to Buckingham Palace. The rooms were spacious and clean overall, although some items needed attention. Despite this, the view from the window was not ideal as it overlooked an area littered with cigarette ends. The central location was perfect for exploring Winter Wonderland and other attractions, with convenient access to Green Park tube station and Hyde Park.

The service is exceptional, friendly and attentive. Location-wise, it's fantastic, close to Green Park and Piccadilly Circus, just a 10-minute walk away. Although there were some minor cleanliness issues outside, overall, it is a great, clean, and fairly spacious spot. The dining options, including hot and cold sandwiches, were satisfactory. The hotel offers good facilities at a reasonable price.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location was superb, ideal for sightseeing and exploring the city, with clean shared facilities. The rooms, though clean, were a bit outdated and required a steep climb up several flights of stairs, which was not the most convenient.
